Hey everyone,
For this week’s Modern Day Fashion Icon, I’m going to be featuring model and philanthropist (and wife of David Lauren-you know, as in related to Ralph), Lauren Bush. Lauren also happens to be the niece of former President George W. Bush. Not only is Ms. Lauren stunning and a famous model, but she’s also the founder of a charity called FEED, which provides food for undernourished children all over the world. FEED sells burlap tote bags, which each provide food for one child, for one year. Lauren’s charity has donated over 60 million in meals to the needy.
As if that’s not enough, Lauren Bush is also impeccibly chic at all times. Her classic, simple yet elegant style reminds me a bit of Carolyn Bessette’s, who I featured here.
