As a follow up to my Mad Men post on Betty Draper, I’ve decided to show you how to get Joan’s look. Compared to Betty, Joan’s style is a lot more body conscious to show off her curves. She tends to stick to pencil skirts and dresses instead of the pouf dresses that Betty often wears. Joan’s look is still classic 60s feminine but it has more of a pin-up Marilyn Monroe type feel.
